Our Scholars Program is designed to equip and empower our future leaders. Over 70% of previous graduates have served as site medical directors and over 90% have served in administrative roles in USACS.

Our orientation brings all newly hired physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) together for an in-depth introduction to your USACS partnership. We cover everything from employment basics to improved performance and risk management.

Held twice a year, USACS Assemblies are open to every clinician in our group. These events unite our company around best practices and ensure common goals and a common vision.

This course focuses on methods to improve a physician’s clinical workflow, helping them to learn to run their department – instead of letting their department run them.

This full day course provides instruction on how to be a more effective clinical teacher. Learn tools to improve your teaching skills that can be used at the bedside and while on shift.

This three-day training academy places clinicians head-to-head with patient-actors in simulated encounters, leading to better patient experiences and higher physician satisfaction.

Emergency Medicine Skills Lab course instructs incoming physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) on the indications, contraindications, complications and equipment needed for critical care procedures.

This board is tasked with all clinical governance issues throughout the company, including the establishment and dissemination of evidence-based clinical guidelines, monitoring and assessment of clinical outcomes, and the development of programs to improve the patient experience.

The USACS APP Academy has been designed as an educational program which provides courses in risk management, patient care, patient experience, efficiency, high risk medicine, and more.
