USACS Scholars Program 

The Scholars Program is an intensive one-year training course designed to mentor and develop clinicians with leadership potential into candidates for Medical Director positions. All scholars receive year-long training in business and leadership, mentorship from senior clinicians and leaders within the company, and paid attendance to the annual ACEP Leadership & Advocacy Conference. Learn more about the Scholars Program.

USACS Leadership Forums 

Twice a year, USACS medical directors, executives, outside consultants and staff physicians gather to educate, exchange ideas and connect with other leaders.
