Emergency Medicine Management
Volume to Value Starts Here
At US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), emergency medicine is the core of what we do. We work with health systems across the country to manage emergency departments with the very best physicians, advanced practice providers and clinical leaders in the country.
With the power of physician ownership combined with our national reach and resources, our hospital partners can rest assured knowing they are getting the right partner for today’s challenging health care environment.
Today, our team is made up of more than 5,000 clinicians practicing at more than 500 programs and serving nearly 9 million patients annually – and we’re growing every day.
Best of the best clinicians
As owners, the physicians at USACS share a passion for delivering the most effective emergency medicine services and improving patient outcomes. Through ongoing educational programs and clinical improvement initiatives, our clinicians get the support they need to remain on the cutting edge of their field.
Improving core metrics
Emergency medicine management from USACS innovatively addresses some of the biggest challenges faced by hospital leaders today, including left without being seen (LWBS) rates, patient length of stays (LOS), door-to-doctor times and patient satisfaction scores. See how we’re making an impact.
Integrated acute care
Health systems that staff multiple departments with USACS experience better patient outcomes and improved hospital metrics. Whatever pain points your health system is experiencing, we have the people and processes to bring your care into alignment.
National clinical governance
There is often wide variability in the use and uptake of evidence-based guidelines for patient care. To ensure consistency across our emergency departments, a National Clinical Governance Board, comprised of physicians throughout the country, was established to monitor clinical quality issues, including:
- Establishment of evidence-based protocols
- Clinical data collections and analysis
- Assessment of clinical outcomes and patient experience
- Continual clinical and process improvement
