Up to $8,000 tax-free CME/BEA first year

All physicians receive $4,000 annually after your first year. We all have a stake in your development as a clinician, so CME and BEA are on us. We’re dedicated to continual improvement as clinicians, so we hope you are too.

Our malpractice plus risk management and internal continuing education has resulted in our clinicians being sued half as often as the national average. 100% paid parental leave for all new parents

Our groundbreaking parental leave policy gives birth mothers up to eight weeks of paid time off at 100 percent of their pay, and another four weeks at 50 percent. Fathers, partners, spouses and adoptive or surrogate parents also get paid time off.

Pioneering Paid Military Leave

Any deployment longer than one month is considered a paid leave of absence. We pay your previous 12-month average compensation, offset by your military pay. Your employee benefit deductions are paid by USACS while you are on leave.
